Valves for high pressure

Valves for high pressure

Butech Valves, Fittings and Tubes for High and Very High Pressures

A major manufacturer of high pressure valves and fittings, it is a Haskel partner.

It develops and manufactures products in stainless steel, Monel and Hastelloy, its main items are Ball, Needle, Retention Valves, Tubes, Fittings and Nipple.

It also provides subsea equipment such as actuated valves and fittings.

Its main applications are hydraulic systems, equipment and systems for gases and subsea applications.

Ball Valves

Made in stainless steel with 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 9/16 and 1” gauges, with NPT, MP and HP threads.

Supplied in 2, 3 and 4 ways. For hydraulic or subsea applications.

Maximum operating pressure of up to 20,000 psi, pneumatic or electric actuator option.

Needle Valves

Made in stainless steel with 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 9/16 and 1” gauges, with NPT, MP and HP threads.

For hydraulic or subsea applications.

Maximum operating pressure of up to 150,000 psi, pneumatic or electric actuator option.

Retention Valves

Made in stainless steel with 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 9/16 and 1” gauges, with NPT, MP and HP threads.

For hydraulic or subsea applications. Maximum operating pressure of up to 150,000 psi.

Fittings, Tubes and Nipples

Tubes e fittings made in stainless steel, 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 9/16 and 1” gauges, with NPT, MP and HP threads.

For hydraulic or subsea applications. Maximum operating pressure of up to 150,000 psi.

Actuators

Butech actuators are developed for remote control in tough-to-handle gas and fluid systems, such as corrosion, high temperature curve testing, cryogenic systems, steam generator sampling and hazardous environments.

Butech Hydraulic and pneumatic actuators are virtually maintenance free and are adapted for service in restricted areas.

The compact size and weight of these units allow installation where space and weight is difficult.

The actuator, which is normally open, closes the valve without loss of operating pressure, while the actuator, which is normally closed, opens the valve in the same situation. Safety features are very desirable in critical systems.
