Hoses

SPIR STAR hoses are composed of a high strength thermoplastic inner tube, several layers of braided and/or coiled steel wire and externally lined with a polyamide (nylon) or polyurethane jacket. This combination, added to a unique reinforced braiding process, results in a flexible hose, which has the following properties:
 

. Developed for high and very high pressures (3,200 Bar)

. Excellent flow characteristics

. Low volumetric expansion

. Exceptional chemical resistance

. Low weight and great flexibility

. Resistance to external pressures

. Resistance to ultraviolet and Ozone
 

Applications:

Pressure tests, hydrostatic, torque and rescue tools, activations, fluid transfers, umbilical and much more.
 

Spir Star offers 9 series of hoses specifically designed to meet different industrial requirements, as well as for Offshore Oil applications for pressures up to 46,400 PSI.
